Canada House (CH) is a chain of health clinics that provide Cannabinoid Therapy and education. We have invested in network of healthcare professionals who deliver education and evidenced based treatment plans for patients.
CH helps clients who are suffering from a variety of medical conditions, including but not limited to: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depression, chronic pain disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, dermatological disorders, various forms of cancers, neurocognitive disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, and eating disorders.

About the job:
The successful candidate will
- Act as first point of contact for Canada House Clinic and ensures coverage of telephone and reception area: answers and directs incoming calls, greets visitors and directs to appropriate staff
- The ability to work independently on your own, as necessary from the clinic location
- Provide a high quality of service to all clients via phone lines and responding to electronic inquiries with a clear client service focus.
- Provides information about services provided to clientele.
- Maintain appropriate turnaround time on incoming CHC Chapter emails.
- Filing and organizing.
- Fully understand what a complete registration package includes (proof of diagnosis, cannabis education component, LP selection and corresponding registration forms).
- Must understand how to build complete patient profile in CPM, including where all required registration documentation is filed with-in CPM patient profile and make appropriate notes.
- Works with the Cannabis Educator to maintain appropriate turnaround time on incoming pending paperwork client files. Using the CPM to consistently work pending files to active.
- Uploads/Ensures that all documentation (digital or physical) into CPM in a timely manner.
- Use CPM reporting features to follow up with clients who are pending paperwork.
- Ensuring that client information is up to date in CPM. Responsible for patient profile completeness.
- Can educate civilian clients on obtaining proof of their diagnosis or referral. Knows how to direct them to ask their family doctor.
- Must stay apprised of all CHWG SOP’s regarding completing all listed duties and offer positive input and solutions when the opportunity presents itself
- Assist with trade shows, conventions and openings as required.
- Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, forms and reports that may be requested
- Strive to understand the Cannabis Educators tasks and back up and cover for when necessary.
- Other assigned tasks as necessary to the function of the office.
- Report directly to the Manager of Client Administration
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- CPR Certification

Compensation
$40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
